In the first quarter of 2021, the Simulation/Adventure games category saw varying performance trends among the top titles in Australia. Sensor Tower's data offers a comprehensive look into how these games fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery experienced fluctuating revenue, starting the quarter at approximately $44K and dipping to around $36K before rising back to $43K. Downloads for the game peaked at 9K in the final week of March, while weekly active users saw an overall decline from 34K to around 29K, with a slight increase to 34K by the end of March.

Glu Games LLC's Kim Kardashian: Hollywood showed a revenue trend that began at roughly $21K, peaked at $32K in early February, and settled at $20K by the end of March. Downloads saw a high of 2K in late January, but generally trended downwards to 654 by the quarter's end. Active users started at 3.4K, peaked at 4.3K in late January, and concluded the quarter at just above 2.8K.

For Hollywood Story®: Fashion Star, revenue began at $5K and reached a high of $10K mid-February, ending at $8.6K. Downloads experienced a spike of 5K in early February, then gradually decreased to 3K. Active user numbers for the game were impressive, starting at 6.3K and peaking at 17K in late January, before ending the quarter at around 14K.

Nintendo's Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp showed a revenue pattern that started at $6K, decreased to $4K in early February, and rose to $7K by the end of March. Downloads for the game had a high of 5.1K in mid-January and ended the quarter at 2.9K. The weekly active users began at 38K, dipped to 32K in February, and climbed back up to 37K by March's close.

Lastly, PK XD: Fun, friends & games by Afterverse Games saw the revenue start at $3.4K, dip to $1.8K mid-February, and increase to $3.8K by late March. Downloads peaked at 4.8K in the last week of March, while active users showcased a growth from 16K at the beginning of the quarter to over 20K at the end.
